In 2015 W. Harley Miller Contractors, Inc. began a renovation project for the City of Winchester in the Joint Judicial Center facility located in downtown Winchester.
Due to the nature of the courthouse, this project had to be completed in multiple Phases, as the facility had to remain fully functional. This required 4 Phases of work, all talking place during the evening hours, as to not disturb the sensitive nature of the court proceedings.
Completed in 2016, the Joint Judicial Center project highlights our ability to work in an occupied space without bothering or interrupting the functions of that space, and it was a pleasure to be able to assist the Winchester officials with this large renovation project.
